Created in 2019, Replacing You was first a vintage men's clothing, Instagram-based clothing shop. Since our genesis, we have become a spot that carries men's, women's, 80s, 90s, y2k, all the way to modern pieces that are brand new with tags. We also have accessories and shoes. Not all of our inventory is online - we have tons more IRL. Our website was created in 2023, and our storefront opened in December of 2024.

How We Source
Vintage & Secondhand
Most of our vintage and secondhand pieces are sourced through a Canadian rag house bulk supplier based in BC. We also find gems the old-fashioned way — by hunting through garage sales and estate sales, closing-store buyouts, secondhand shops, and even direct buys from people looking to part with their pieces. Every item in our shop was selected thoughtfully. Handmade & Upcycled
You'll find RY's handmade lace skirts in-store, made by our talented tailor last year. We're currently working on releasing some upcycled tops as well. We have also had handmade tote bags in the past and would love to bring them back. All handmade and upcycled items are made with secondhand/sustainably sourced fabric.
Jewelry, Sunglasses & Accessories
Not everything we carry is vintage. Although about 95% of our inventory is secondhand, some of our jewelry, sunglasses, and tights are purchased from wholesalers. These pieces are vintage-inspired rather than truly vintage, allowing us to keep things affordable while still being on-trend for our customers. We buy these items in small batches to avoid overstock and unnecessary waste.

Returns: We make every effort to accurately describe each item in our inventory to the best of our ability. Our descriptions will include any significant flaws or imperfections that may be present in the item. As a secondhand clothing store, it is typical for our inventory to exhibit minor imperfections such as pilling or slight discoloration.
Refund Eligibility: In the event that we have made an error in the description or missed any major flaws on an item, such as stains, significant holes/rips, or other substantial defects, we will consider issuing a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we reserve the right to assess the nature and extent of any reported discrepancies to determine eligibility for a refund.
Refund Process: If you believe that an item you have received qualifies for a refund based on our refund eligibility criteria, please contact our customer service team within [number of days] days of receiving your order. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by REPLACINGYOU Curated Online Thrift Store. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.
Exchanges: Exchanges are offered for local Saskatoon orders. Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for worldwide orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Final Sale Items: All discounted On Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.
