The most beautiful y2k formal dress ever. Teal and black with sparkles throughout. In excellent vintage shape, other than one of the brooches missing the diamond, shown in last photo; not very noticeable. So gorgeous. 

Tagged size 12P, would say fits M best. Pinned on model, she is 5’2 for reference.
